Finding healthy, easy, diabetic friendly recipies

Anyone have any tips for finding recipes that fit the what I described in the title? Something that my therapist suggested was to try and change my relationship with food to help cut down on my binge eating, and the first thing she wants me to do is try cooking something for myself.

What do you mean by diabetic friendly? Do you mean low carb?

I think I'm going to try this recipe tomorrow, maybe add a few pieces of diced up chicken or turkey to it.
