Erections at the gym

Hello, men and other people with penises of this forum. I guess this is the righ forum to ask?

I've been going to a gym for a couple of years now and sometimes, well, i get hard while I'm doing some of the exercises...lately it has happened mostly while I lie in the bench.

And I'm worried because i fear it's pretty visible in such a position. And idk what people could think of it. I'm not exactly small under the belt.

So, do people notice that sort of thing? Will they think I'm some sort of disgusting pervert? Any tips on how to avoid it?
